Welcome to Brookside Mobile Detail. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.

1. Services

Brookside Mobile Detail provides professional mobile car detailing services. All services are performed at the customer’s location unless otherwise arranged.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or directly with a representative.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must ensure we have safe access to their vehicle and a suitable work area.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due at the end of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, venmo, cashapp, zelle, check, or facebook pay

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted rate.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 6 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • No-shows may result in refusal of future service.

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability

  • Customers are responsible for removing personal items from their vehicle before service.

  • Brookside Mobile Detail is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

  • Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, paint defects, etc.) will be noted before service. We are not responsible for issues that were already present.

  • While we take the utmost care, detailing involves the use of chemicals, equipment, and water. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing weaknesses in paint, clear coat, upholstery, or other vehicle materials.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address the concern.

7. Weather Policy

As a mobile service, weather conditions may impact scheduling. If weather prevents us from safely completing the service, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

8. Limitation of Liability

Brookside Mobile Detail shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected (such as name, phone number, email, and address) will only be used for booking and service purposes. We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
