Welcome to Brookside Mobile Detail. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.

1. 100% Mobile Services: Brookside Mobile Detail provides professional mobile car detailing services. All services are performed at your location unless otherwise arranged, and customers must ensure we have safe access to the vehicle and a suitable work area.

2. Appointments, Cancellations, and Weather Policy: Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or directly with a representative. We ask that you provide at least 6 hours of notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows may result in the refusal of future service. As a mobile service, weather conditions may impact scheduling, and we reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. If weather prevents us from safely completing the service, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Vehicle Condition & Surcharges:

  • Personal Belongings: Customers are responsible for removing personal items from their vehicle before service.

  • Extreme Conditions: If a vehicle is extremely dirty and has been unkept for many years, it will require significantly more time and products, and we will add a surcharge ranging from $100 to $500 upon inspection. Vehicles with severe dog hair will incur an additional $75 fee on top of the chosen package. We also reserve the right to refuse a job if it poses a safety risk or would not be profitable enough due to the amount of time required.

4. Liability & Pre-Existing Damage:

  • Personal Belongings: Brookside Mobile Detail is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

  • Pre-Existing Damage: Pre-existing damage, such as scratches, dents, or paint defects, will be noted before service, and we are not responsible for issues that were already present.

  • Material Weaknesses: While we take the utmost care, detailing involves the use of chemicals, equipment, and water. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing weaknesses in paint, clear coat, upholstery, or other vehicle materials.

  • Limitation of Liability: Brookside Mobile Detail shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

5. Payment Terms: Payment is due at the end of the service, and we do not take payment until we are finished and you are happy with your vehicle. We require no deposit whatsoever. We accept cash, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Facebook Pay, or personal checks with your name on the check. Credit card payments will incur a small surcharge. Prices are subject to change without notice, but your confirmed bookings will always be honored at the quoted rate.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Warranties: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make reasonable efforts to address the concern. The only warranties we offer apply to our Ceramic Coatings.

7. Privacy Policy: Any personal information collected, such as your name, phone number, email, and address, will only be used for booking and service purposes. We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.

8. Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and the latest version will always be available on our website.
